BRIGHTER FUTURES START WITH ACTION
In 2004, Covenant Community Ministries took on an MWOA Project to build a dormitory in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, and it was named Haven of Hope. The church “adopted” the orphanage, which became the seed for Haven of Hope International (HOHI), an international ministry that is setting a new standard in orphan care.
Haven of Hope Bolivia has been home to over 350 children and is the flagship model of restorative care in a family environment with a plan for long-term sustainability.
We are grateful for our partnership with MWOA, which allows us to present project needs for our partner homes. Haven of Hope International was formed because there is an ongoing need to ensure the homes not only remain and provide quality care. Overseas mission efforts often close their doors due to a lack of funding.
